UEBT is a non-profit association that promotes sourcing with respect. We work to regenerate nature and secure a better future for all people through ethical sourcing of ingredients from biodiversity. UEBT aims to contribute to a world in which all people and biodiversity thrive, by setting good practices for how companies and their suppliers source specialty ingredients for the food, cosmetics and natural pharmaceutical sectors. UEBT is internationally recognised for its work advancing business contributions to sustainable development goals.

UEBT Membership Coordinator
In the context of the UEBT strategic plan, the successful candidate will take the lead on the day-to-day implementation of UEBT membership processes. Together with committed and enthusiastic colleagues, he/she will also support the further development and streamlining of membership-related tools and processes.
The successful candidate has a proven track-record in project management, as well as experience with working with company management systems and supply chains. Ideally, the successful candidate has first-hand knowledge of the specialty ingredients sector, preferably through company related experience in sustainability and ethical sourcing topics.
The successful candidate is inspired to work on practical solutions to support companies committed to sourcing with respect for all people and biodiversity along their UEBT membership journey - from their application, membership assessment and initial workplans to broader engagement and follow up. He/she is constructive, committed to excellence and service oriented. He/she is able to function effectively in a small matrix organization with limited resources, working on a variety of tasks and handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The position involves working closely together with colleagues in Europe and other regions around the world and reports to the Executive Director.
